Refund policy
ONLINE Return policy (Shipping Orders Only):
Our Return Policy (Online Purchases Only) lasts for Two Weeks (See holiday return policy below) from your date of delivery. If more than Two Weeks have gone by since your online order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but can offer you store credit. Store credit can be issued up to 30 days delivery/ready for pickup date. Returns must be initiated by contacting us through our email at lucki.online.management@gmail.com. We provide ONE complimentary return label per order for orders that were shipped. So if you need to return more than one item send them back at the same time otherwise you will be responsible for the extra shipping(the difference will be subtracted from the eligible refund total). Returns must be done in a soft mailer package. If a return is sent back in an unapproved package (Cardboard Box) a $10 charge will be deducted from the eligible refund total.
Returns need to be dropped off and scanned in at the post office within two weeks of receiving the complimentary return label otherwise the refund will be issued as a store credit.
Please do not bring Shipping returns to our Manasquan Location they will not be accepted there.
Pickup Order Return Policy
The return policy for pick up orders is 2 Weeks from the date the order is placed to receive a full refund. 30 Days for store credit. Pickups must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition it was originally sold to you. Returns for pickup orders need to be taken to whatever store they were picked up from. If Manasquan please email us at lucki.online.management@gmail.com so we can make sure they are expecting your arrival since the online merchandise is not kept on site there.
Updated Holiday Return Policy: All orders placed from 11/14/26 on have an extended return date to 1/8/27. Can get Store Credit 30 Days after 12/25/26
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
If an item is sent back not in the conditions stated above the customer is responsible for the shipping to have the damaged item sent back to them. No refund will be issued.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Your Order # and name on the order) Every customer from our online store will receive either an email or text from us depending on the option chosen at checkout and that can be used to reference your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will credit you the amount of the purchase through whatever you used to pay with your order. Shipping is not refundable.
Attention: We do not participate in facebook return. If you have placed an order through our Facebook/Instagram it is still processed through our shopify account and returns need to be handled by emailing us at lucki.online.management@gmail.com to get a shipping label.
Please Do Not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Pickup Orders must be picked up within 2 Months from date of purchase, we cannot hold onto them any longer. Orders that are not picked up within two weeks from the date of purchase are also non refundable. Pickup Orders are fulfilled from our Red Bank location, we offer pickup from Manasquan but you need to email us at lucki.online.management@gmail.com so we can send it down there. Please give us 1-2 days from contacting us to get it there. We will be in contact with you throughout the process and will alert you once it arrives there.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
All items are thoroughly hand inspected multiple times before we send them out but if the item sent is defective or damaged upon arrival we will happily exchange it for you. Please provide pictures. If you need to exchange it for the same item you can either come exchange it directly at our in store location at 20 Broad Street, Red Bank NJ, or send us an email at lucki.online.management@gmail.com
We issue one complimentary return label per order, this also applies for exchanges. Once we receive back the item and confirm it is in the same condition it was sent out the exchange will be processed. Please refer to return policy for returned/exchanged item eligibility requirements. One exchange per order so if you want to return multiple items from an order please do so at the same time. Any further exchanges will require new shipping charges.
All Exchanges must be done within 30 days of delivery or 30 days of order date for pickup orders.
Shipping Returns

Discounts and Offers
We periodically offer discount codes and offers through the website. Website offers cannot be redeemed in store unless a similar discount is being offered in store. The same goes for in store offers and discounts. Prices may also vary in store and online. Certain discount codes are designed to be one time use per customer (Example: Signing up for our VIP Text List). If it is determined that a customer is going around this by creating multiple accounts the order can be cancelled anytime at our discretion.
The LuckiVIP discount code has been deactivated as of 1/31/26. It was replaced by one time single use discount codes back in early November. If you signed up for our VIP text list prior to November 2025 and haven't used your LUCKIVIP discount code yet please email us at lucki.online.management@gmail.com and we will confirm eligibility (still being an active subscriber, no history of using a one time code previously/ since that date). If you have any questions feel free to reach out as well. If you haven't signed up yet please disregard and you can still sign up and receive a one time discount code through our VIP text list.
